Polo GTI 2019 hickups

So guys and girls?
I kinda need some suggestions, I got a polo GTI 2.0TSI 2019 that’s tuned to stage 2+ with the miltek downpipe. The tune also concludes pops and bangs and the car has run 78000 kilometers now.
Since a two weeks when I press the gas full to send the car it is not running smoothly and seems like misfires are happening around 2/3000T. When we read the car it has around 1400 misfires on cylinder two.
We adjusted the tune to run a bit Les slow and the car was running good for a week until today, so by the end of the day we checked the spark plugs and coils and changed them all with an upgrade. We also checked the Airfilter (stock) and that was still clean.
The car is running way better nu but unfortunately changing the spark plugs and coils did not fix the hichups when pressing the gas.
Does anyone have a idea what it could be? I’m open to suggestions.. it only happens noticeably when you fully pres the gas
